Shares. Means (i) any of the Company Common Stock and/or the Investor Shares, (ii) any equity securities issued or issuable directly or indirectly with respect to the Shares referred to in clause (i) above by way of share dividend or share split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization, and (iii) any other shares of any class or series of equity securities of the Company, including rights to acquire the foregoing, now held or... subsequently acquired by any individual or entity, including but not limited to Current Shareholder and Investor. Shares. Shall mean the Preference Shares and/or the Ordinary Shares, as the case may be;

Shares. Mean the shares of Common Stock offered by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.
