Shares

Shares. Shall mean all shares of Common Stock and shall include the Franchisee Shares hereunder.

Shares. The common stock, par value $.0l per share, of the Company.

Shares. Shall mean and include all shares of the Common Stock and shares issued upon exercise of any vested options or warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock and/or Preferred Stock, and other equity securities of the Company convertible into Common Stock, including Preferred Stock, on an as converted basis now owned or hereafter acquired by a Shareholder.

Shares. Of a Trust shall mean shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of such Trust.
