Shares. Shall mean: (i) all securities of Proxim (including all shares of Proxim Common Stock and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of Proxim Common Stock) owned by the Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement, as indicated on the signature page of this Agreement; and (ii) all additional securities of Proxim (including all additional shares of Proxim Common Stock and all additional options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of Proxim Common Stock) of which the... Shares. Shares. The Ordinary Shares of the Company, each bearing a nominal value of NIS 0.01 or, at the discretion of the Committee or the Board and if expressly specified in a grant of Options hereunder, shares of the Company's capital of any other class as may be in existence at the time of such grant.
