Shares

Shares. Means the shares of VWI Stock issued pursuant to the Exchange Agreement (including, without limitation, any such shares issued pursuant to Section 2.05 of the Exchange Agreement).

Shares. Means shares of the Corporation's Common Stock.

Shares. Means the shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issuable to the Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, having the rights, preferences and privileges set forth in the Certificate of Designation.

Shares. Issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Corporation.

Shares. The shares of Common Stock issued to Purchaser hereunder and any other securities of the Company which may be issued in exchange for or in respect of such shares of Common Stock, whether by way of stock split, stock dividend, combination of shares, reclassification, recapitalization, reorganization or any other means.

Shares. The term "Shares" means the Common Shares, par value $0.10 per share (or such other par value as may be established from time to time), of SITE Centers.

Shares. The record and beneficial ownership interests of the Company offered to Subscribers.

Shares. Shall mean the common shares, without par value, of Worthington and such other securities of Worthington as the Committee may from time to time determine.
