Shares

Shares. Shall mean the shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share.

Shares. Means the shares of common stock, no par value, of the Company.

Shares. Shall mean the number of shares of Common Stock being purchased by the Grantee on the date hereof pursuant to this Agreement and any additional shares of Common Stock or other securities received in respect of the Shares, as a dividend on, or otherwise on account of, the Shares.

Shares. Means shares of Common Stock of the Company.

Shares. Means the shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company or any security into which such shares of common stock may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 12 of this Plan.

Shares. The 120,000 shares of the Company's common stock, $.01 par value, which are the subject of the Option hereby granted

Shares. The shares of Applicable Stock of Company issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.

Shares. Solely for the purpose of this Agreement means the Shares (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).

Shares. Shares of common stock, $0.10 par value, of the Company, or such other securities of the Company as may be designated by the Committee from time to time.

Shares. Shares means the Common Shares which are the subject of the Option hereby granted. In the event of any recapitalization, Share distribution or dividend, Share split or combination, the number of Shares that remain subject to the Option shall be equitably and proportionally adjusted if, as and to the extent determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.
