Shares. A number of shares of the Corporation's Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, equal to the number of Restricted Units

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock of the Company (as defined in the Indenture), that are issuable upon conversion of the Notes or that have been issued upon any conversion of Notes

Shares. Shares. Of any Person shall include any and all shares of capital stock, partnership interests, limited liability company interests, membership interests, or other shares, interests, participations or other equivalents (however designated and of any class) in the capital of, or other ownership interests in, such Person.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock representing any or all of the Conversion Shares.

Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Warrant Agreement.

Shares. The term "Shares" means any Company Shares acquired by the Participant, including Shares issuable or issued upon the exercise of any Options.

For purposes of this Agreement, a Person shall be deemed to be a holder of Shares and such Shares shall be deemed to be in existence whenever such Person has the right to acquire such Shares (upon conversion, exchange or exercise in connection with a transfer of securities or otherwise, but disregarding any restrictions or limitations upon the exercise of such right other than vesting), whether or not such acquisition has actually been effected, and such Person shall be entitled to exercise the rights of a holder of Shares. Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock to be purchased by the Investors hereunder.
