Shares. Shares of common stock of the Company, $.002 par value per Share.

Shares. Shares. The common stock of the Company, $0.10 par value

Shares. The shares of Stock issued in respect of the Restricted Stock Units in accordance with the conditions specified in Paragraph 6 of this Agreement, subject to the Corporation's right to make a Cash Settlement Election
