Shares. The meaning set forth in the Second Amendment Warrants

Shares. The shares of common stock issued by Terra Income Fund 6, Inc., a Maryland corporation.

Shares. Shall mean the shares of Series C Common Stock.

Shares. Means (a) the Company's Common Stock, as authorized on the date of this Warrant and (b) if the class of securities described in (a) shall cease to be issued and outstanding, securities of the same class issued in exchange for or in respect of the securities described in (a) pursuant to a plan of merger, consolidation, recapitalization or reorganization, the sale of substantially all of the Company's assets or a similar transaction.

Means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to the Purchasers upon conversion of the Convertible Notes, including in connection with an Early Conversion Payment (as defined in the Indenture), or in the payment of interest on the Convertible Notes, including any such shares issued as Interest Shares

Shares. Means any shares of Common Stock or any other equity securities of the Company owned by Kennedy beneficially or of record as of the date hereof or acquired hereinafter.
