Shares

Shares. Shall mean the shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Corporation and the shares of Class C common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Corporation.

Shares. Shares of Class B common stock of the Company, $0.01 per value per share.

Shares. Means the shares of the Company's Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, that may be issued upon conversion of shares of the Company's Series D Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, purchased by the Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Shall mean all shares of Common Stock issuable to a Holder upon redemption of, or in exchange for, OP Units received upon closing of the transactions contemplated by the Contribution Agreement held by such Holder pursuant to the Partnership Agreement.

Shares. 12,500,000 shares of Common Stock

Shares. The Class A common stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share, excluding, however, any share of Class A common stock issued or issuable upon conversion of any shares of Class B Stock

Shares. Shares of the Class A common stock of the Company and the common stock of any successor entity and any stock or other securities into which such common stock may be converted or into which it may be exchanged.

Shares. The meaning ascribed to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement

Shares. Either Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units granted under the 2006 Compensation Plan of the Company

Shares. Shares issued by the Company and other financial instruments (e.g. warrants, convertible loans and other instruments which comprise a right to acquire new or existing shares in the Company, which right may be conditional) issued by the Company.
