Specifications

Specifications. The composition, quality, purity, identity and strength of a Product and any chemistry, manufacturing and controls requirements for the manufacture of Product as set forth in the applicable Work Order or as agreed by the parties in writing pursuant to a Work Order.

Shall mean the functional specifications for each Product initially established by mutual written agreement of the parties at the completion of Product development activities for such Product under Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Collaboration Agreement, subject to amendment from time to time as mutually agreed by the parties in writing
