Example Definitions of "Specifications"
Specifications. The written specifications for the Bulk Drug Substance, containing manufacturing and testing requirements for Bulk Drug Substance, as well as raw material, packaging component, labeling, and quality assurance specifications, which are set forth on Exhibit E, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2.2.
Specifications. The product release specifications as defined in Exhibit A
