Specifications

Specifications. The technical specifications for each Deliverable, as specified in the applicable Statement of Work for such Deliverable

Specifications. With respect to each Product, the procedures and acceptance criteria for handling, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, storing and shipping each Product under this Agreement, as may be set forth in this Agreement or in any separate Supply Supplement, and as may be amended by the parties from time to time. Specifications include all specifications for each Product contained in the then current United States Pharmacopoeia ("USP") and/or other compendia as applicable

Specifications. The specifications for any Product as agreed to by the parties and as approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority.

Specifications. Means and includes the specifications specified in Appendix B- Specifications to this Agreement as well as any additional specifications that are set forth on the applicable Purchase Order for the Products and any additional design characteristics.

Specifications. The functional and performance specifications (including, without limitation, bills of materials, schematic diagrams, parts and assembly drawings) relating to the testing and manufacturing of each Product as provided by BUYER, including, without limitation, the specifications set forth on the applicable Statement of Work governing the development and/or manufacture of a specific Product

Specifications. Means the specifications for Research Grade, Clinical Grade and Commercial Grade CAPTISOL respectively, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, as such may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 3.2.

Specifications. The specifications, formulations, recipes and manufacturing instructions for Licensed Products as known at the Effective Date and from time to time during the Term changed, altered, amended or repealed

Specifications. Means the specifications for Captisol set forth in Exhibit C hereto, as such may be amended from time to time.
