Stock Unit. Shall mean the right to receive a share of Stock from the Company at a designated time in the future (provided such Stock Unit is vested at such time) which is granted to an Eligible Director pursuant to Section 8 herein and which is subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 8 herein or in any Stock Unit Agreement that evidences such right.
