Stock Unit

Stock Unit. The same meaning as in the Stock Option Plan

Stock Unit. The right to receive a Share at a future point in time.

Stock Unit. A unit evidencing the right to receive in specified circumstances one share of Common Stock (as determined by the Committee or the Board), which, in the discretion of the Committee, may be restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions.

Stock Unit. A right to receive, in cash and/or Shares as determined by the Committee, the Fair Market Value of a Share, subject to vesting and the lapse of applicable restrictions based on such conditions or factors and occurring over such period of time as may be set forth in this Plan and the applicable Agreement

Stock Unit. An Award granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 9, pursuant to which Common Shares may be issued in the future

Stock Unit. A non-voting unit of measurement which is deemed for bookkeeping purposes to be equivalent to one outstanding share of Common Stock of the Corporation.

Stock Unit. A bookkeeping entry of a Stock Unit which represents an amount equal to one Share or the Fair Market Value of one Share. Stock Units represent an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company. A vested Stock Unit may be payable in cash and/or Shares in the Employer's discretion.

Stock Unit. An economic unit equal in value to one share (or fraction thereof) of Common Stock.
