Example Definitions of "Stock Unit"
Stock Unit. The same meaning as in the Stock Option Plan
Stock Unit. The right to receive a Share at a future point in time.
Stock Unit. A unit evidencing the right to receive in specified circumstances one share of Common Stock (as determined by the Committee or the Board), which, in the discretion of the Committee, may be restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions.
Stock Unit.
