Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Means the Common Stock, par value $0.025 per share, of the Company.
Stock. The common stock of Philip Services Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, having a par value of $0.01 per share, or such other securities as may be determined pursuant to Section 10.
Stock. The Common Stock of the Company, $0.0001 par value per share.
Stock. Shall mean the Company's common stock.
Stock. Means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, as adjusted in accordance with Section 6(c)(v).
Stock. Shares of the Class A Common Stock of Dan River Inc., $0.01 par value, or any security into which Shares may be converted by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 4 of this Plan.
Stock. Means the Common Stock of the Corporation, par value $0 per share.
Stock. Means Common Stock of Commercial Federal Corporation which is not subject to any restrictions other than the holding periods specified in this Plan.
Stock. Means MRO Software, Inc. Common Stock, $ .01 par value.
Stock. Means shares of the Company's Common Stock or Preferred Stock now owned or subsequently acquired by a Founder; provided that shares of Preferred Stock purchased by a Founder pursuant to the Purchase Agreement shall not be considered "Stock".
