Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock of the Company described in the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company
Stock. (1) prior to September 28, 2012, the common stock of Pentair, Inc., (2) on and after September 28, 2012 and prior to the Re-domicile Date, Pentair Ltd. Common Shares and (3) on and after the Re-domicile Date, the ordinary shares of Pentair plc.
Stock. The Company's Common Stock, par value .01 per share, and after the merger with PEN means Class A Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of PEN and such other securities as may be substituted (or resubstituted) for Stock under Section 8
Stock. The common stock of the Company, $1.00 par value, and the preferred stock of the Company, no par value, as may be issued from time to time.
Stock. Means all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of any corporation at any time owned by any Pledgor.
Stock. The Company's Common Stock, or any other securities that are substituted for Stock as provided in Section 7.
