Stock

Stock. Shall mean any and all shares of voting stock of the Company, including but not limited to the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock, (i) that are now or hereafter owned (either beneficially or otherwise) by a Shareholder, and (ii) that a Shareholder does not own (either beneficially or otherwise) but as to which such Shareholder has voting power. Stock. Shall mean all those securities more specifically described on Schedule 1.9 attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Stock. Shall mean any and all shares of the capital stock of the Company which a Stockholder currently holds or may hereafter acquire, including any and all shares of Common Stock, any and all Preferred Shares (as defined in Section Kb) below), and any and all other shares of the capital stock of the Company issued as a distribution with respect to or in replacement of any of the foregoing.

Stock. Means all of the issued and outstanding equity interests in (x) Trico Assets and Trico Operators owned by the Issuer and (y) any other Domestic Subsidiary at any time owned, directly or indirectly, by the Issuer which owns, directly or indirectly, interests in Trico Assets or Trico Operators.

Stock. The common stock of the Company, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 9.

Stock. Means the common stock, no designated par value, of the Company.

Stock. Shall mean (a) all shares of common stock of the Company, and (b) all warrants and other equity interests.
