Stock

Stock. Means the common stock, without par value, of Constellation Energy.

Stock. All of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Industries and shall not include any Phantom Shares.

Stock. Has the meaning specified for the term "Capital Stock" in the Indenture.

Stock. Means (i) any shares of Common Stock and (ii) any Common Stock Equivalents, in each case, whether owned on the date hereof or acquired hereafter by a shareholder.

Stock. Shall mean and include all shares of Common Stock, and all other securities of the Company which may be issued in exchange for or in respect of shares of Common Stock (whether by way of stock split, stock dividend, combination, reclassification, reorganization, or any other means).

Stock. Means the Ralcorp Common Stock Par Value $.01 or any other authorized class or series of common stock or any such other security outstanding issued upon the reclassification of any of the stock, including, without limitation, any stock split-up, stock dividend, creation of targeted stock, spin-off or other distributions of stock in respect of stock, or any reverse stock split-up, or recapitalization of the Company or any merger or consolidation of the Company.

Stock. Means the common stock of Ralcorp or such other security entitling the holder to vote at the election of Ralcorp's directors or any other security outstanding upon its reclassification, including, without limitation, any stock split-up, stock dividend or other recapitalization of Ralcorp or any merger or consolidation of Ralcorp with any of its Affiliates.

Stock. Means the Company's common stock, $0.01 par value per share, and such other securities as may be substituted for Stock pursuant to Section 11 hereof.

Stock. Means shares of the common stock, par value $0.625 per share, of the Company.
