Stock

Stock. Means one or more shares of the Company's common stock.

Stock. Common Stock, together with any other classes or series of equity securities of Holdings.

Stock. The Common Stock of the Company, par value of $0.04-1/16 per share.

Stock. The Common Stock of the Company, par value of $0.01-7/18 per share.

Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock, and any securities into which such Common Stock and/or Preferred Stock shall subsequently be exchanged or converted, whether by means of a recapitalization, exchange, merger, consolidation, reorganization or otherwise, and whether or not the Company is the survivor of such action.

Stock. The Company's Apollo Education Group Class A common stock, no par value per share, and such other securities as may be substituted or resubstituted for Stock under Section 4

Stock. Or "Shares" means the common stock of the Company, $.01 par value.

Stock. The Issuer's $.001 par value common shares.

Stock. Means the Class A Common Stock, $.50 par value per share, of the Company, as such class of Stock may be redesignated or renamed from time to time.

Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
