Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Means one or more shares of the Company's common stock.
Stock. Common Stock, together with any other classes or series of equity securities of Holdings.
Stock. The Common Stock of the Company, par value of $0.04-1/16 per share.
Stock. The Common Stock of the Company, par value of $0.01-7/18 per share.
Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock, and any securities into which such Common Stock and/or Preferred Stock shall subsequently be exchanged or converted, whether by means of a recapitalization, exchange, merger, consolidation, reorganization or otherwise, and whether or not the Company is the survivor of such action.
