Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock, and any securities into which such Common Stock and/or Preferred Stock shall subsequently be exchanged or converted, whether by means of a recapitalization, exchange, merger, consolidation, reorganization or otherwise, and whether or not the Company is the survivor of such action.
Stock. Means shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
Stock. All shares, options, warrants, general or limited partnership interests, membership interests, equity interests or similar rights and all rights to acquire the same in any entity.
Stock. The Company's Apollo Education Group Class A common stock, no par value per share, and such other securities as may be substituted or resubstituted for Stock under Section 4
