Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. Any and all shares, interests or other equivalents (however designated) of, or participations in, corporate stock, including without limitation any Stock redeemed as provided for herein which shall have the status of authorized but unissued shares.
Stock. The common stock, $.0002145 par value, of the Company
Stock. Shall mean the ordinary shares, par value €0.03 per share, of the Company, or the number and kind of shares of stock or other securities into which such ordinary shares may be changed in accordance with Section 13 of the Plan.
