Stockholders. The Investors and the Junior Holders

Stockholders. The parties signatory hereto and any additional parties identified on the signature pages of any joinder agreement executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, that a Person shall cease to be a Stockholder at such time as it ceases to hold any Registrable Securities.

Stockholders. Shall mean each person, other than the Company, who has executed this Agreement and each person who is required to become a party to this Agreement in the future in accordance with the terms hereof.
