Stockholders

Stockholders. Shall mean the Class A Holders and the Class B Holders.

Stockholders. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Stockholders. Means the holders of record of all the issued and outstanding shares of Old TMG Stock.

Stockholders. Means, collectively, the Investors, the Executives, the Other Stockholders and the other Persons listed on the Schedule of Stockholders (each such Person individually being a "Stockholder").

Stockholders. The parties listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Stockholders. Shall mean those stockholders of the Company set forth on Exhibit A hereto, together with their respective successors and assigns.

Stockholders. Shall mean the Investors and the Founders; provided that solely for the purposes of Section 12 hereof, the term Stockholder shall also include IVP.

Stockholders. Mean those Persons who own shares of Mid-Tier Holding Company Common Stock. 6 STOCKHOLDER VOTING RECORD DATE means the date for determining the eligibility of Stockholders to vote at the Meeting of Stockholders, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Mid-Tier Holding Company.

Stockholders. Means, with respect to any Person, a current or former owner (whether registered or beneficial) of any capital stock of such Person.

Stockholders. Shall mean, collectively, the Initial Stockholders and any Subsequent Stockholders.
