Substantial Completion

Substantial Completion. The Work in the Premises is substantially completed (as reasonably determined by Landlord) in substantial accordance with the Working Drawings. Substantial Completion shall have occurred even though minor details of construction, decoration, landscaping and mechanical adjustments remain to be completed by Landlord.

Substantial Completion. Of the Tenant Improvements means the completion of the improvements suitable for Tenant's use thereof and issuance by the City of San Diego of a certificate of occupancy, final building inspection report or similar approval, subject only to minor clean-up or punch list items. Substantial Completion. Substantial Completion. Shall mean that, with the exception of punch-list items which would not prevent the use or occupancy of the Premises for the permitted uses, the work to be performed by Landlord in strict accordance with Section 5 as contemplated in such Section, has been completed, which shall occur by no later than December 15, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Substantial Completion Date").
