Substantial Completion

Substantial Completion. The Expansion Work in the Second Expansion Premises is substantially completed (as reasonably determined by Landlord) in substantial accordance with the Working Drawings. Substantial Completion shall have occurred even though minor details of construction, decoration, landscaping and mechanical adjustments remain to be completed by Landlord

Substantial Completion. Of the Tenant Improvements shall occur upon the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy or its equivalent for the Premises by the proper governmental entity. Substantial Completion. The Work in the Premises is substantially performed (as that term is defined in the Construction Lien Act (Ontario)) as reasonably determined by the Architect, in accordance with the Working Drawings.
