Successor
Successor. Means the estate of an Optionee or a person who succeeds by will or the laws of descent and distribution, or by a transfer made pursuant to Section 11(a)(1)(B) or 11(a)(1)(C), to an Optionee's right to exercise an Option, including but not limited to a person succeeding by will or the laws of descent and distribution to a prior Successor's right to exercise an Option.
