Successor. The legal representative of the estate of a deceased Optionee or the person or persons who acquire the right to exercise an Option by bequest or inheritance or by reason of the death of any Optionee. In the event any Option shall, for any reason, terminate or expire or be surrendered without having been exercised in full, other Options may be granted covering the Shares subject to the unexercised portion of such Option.
