Example Definitions of "Successor"
Successor. Has the meaning set forth in the Company Operating Agreement.
Successor. Shall mean, in the event of a ClearLab Change in Control, a successor to the ClearLab business and, in the event of a Retail Change in Control, a successor to the Retail Business.
Successor. Shall mean the person to which this Agreement is assigned upon a Sale of Business within the meaning of Section 10.

Successor. Any person, firm, corporation or other business entity that, at any time, whether by merger, acquisition or otherwise, acquires all or substantially all of the stock, assets or business of the Company or a Subsidiary, as the case may be.
Successor. Means the Company as defined above and any successor to or assignee of substantially all of its business and/or assets whether or not as part of a Change of Control.
Successor. Any successor to the assets, rights or business of the Company as a result of a Change in Control.

Capitalized terms used in this Plan and not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Securities Holders Agreement.
Successor. Any assignee, transferee, personal representative, heir, or other person or entity succeeding lawfully, and pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, to the rights or obligations of either party.
Successor. A person who directly acquires the assets comprising a going business, whether by merger, consolidation, purchase, or other direct transfer. The term does not include a person who acquires control of a business unless followed by the direct acquisition of its assets
