Example Definitions of "Successor"
Successor. Of a Person means another Person that acquires more than 50% of the combined voting power of such Person's securities or more than 50% of the assets of such Person.
Successor. A corporation or other entity acquiring all or substantially all the assets and business of the Company, whether by operation of law, by assignment or otherwise.
Successor. Means the executor or administrator of a Participant's estate, or that person or persons to whom is transferred, by will or the laws of descent and distribution, or as otherwise permitted by the Board or Committee within the terms of the Plan, the right to exercise an Option or Stock Appreciation Right or the ownership of Restricted Stock.
