Supplier. Means any and all persons, located anywhere in the world, having supplied goods to the Employer, Aris and their Affiliates in connection with the Business; and any and all persons located anywhere in the world retained or utilized by the Employer, Aris and their Affiliates to supply goods in connection with the Business, in both cases, at any time during the five-year period preceding the termination of Executive's employment.
