Supplier

Supplier. Includes Supplier's affiliates, successors and assigns.

Supplier. Means, with respect to a Product, the Party that is supplying the Product to the other Party in exchange for payment of the applicable Transfer Price.

Supplier. Means the company (or companies) as defined above

Supplier. Any company, partnership, individual or other entity which at any time during the course of the Engagement or, where the provision would apply after the Engagement ends, any time during the twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding its termination, was a supplier or prospective supplier of the Client (or any Affiliate) and with whom the Consultant (and/or any other person performing the Services on the Consultant's behalf) had material and/or regular dealings.

Supplier. The meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Supplier. Any and all Persons who, to the Optionee's knowledge, have supplied goods or services to the Company or its Affiliates in connection with the Business at any time during the one (1)-year period immediately preceding the Termination Date.

Supplier. Any Person who has provided the Company goods or services material to the performance of the Company Business.

Supplier. Means the manufacturer or the vendor of the Equipment.
