Supplier

Supplier. Polytec Holden Ltd. and affiliates authorized in writing by Tesla to perform under this Agreement.

Supplier. Burgaflex (UK) Ltd. and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates authorized in writing by Tesla to perform under this Agreement.

Supplier. Perei Group (UK) Ltd. and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates authorized in writing by Tesla to perform under this Agreement.

Supplier. Eberspacher (UK) Ltd. and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates authorized in writing by Tesla to perform under this Agreement.

Supplier. Panasonic.

Supplier. The meaning ascribed to it in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement

Supplier. An authorized seller or provider of components or materials for use with or in a Party's Products, other than "Excluded Supplies", but only to the extent of such sale or provision and for such use (e.g., Company W is a Supplier to a Party or a Party's Customers; if Company W is also a supplier for a company that is not a Party or a Party's Customers because it supplies product Z to such other company, then, with respect to product Z, Company W is not a Supplier)

Supplier. Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates authorized in writing by Applied to perform under this Agreement.

Supplier. Includes Supplier's affiliates, successors and assigns.

Supplier. Means, with respect to a Product, the Party that is supplying the Product to the other Party in exchange for payment of the applicable Transfer Price.
