Example Definitions of "Target Award"
Target Award. A Participant's annual target award opportunity as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 5 hereof
Target Award. Means the award payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period (including any range of identified potential awards), expressed as a percentage of his or her Base Salary or a specific dollar amount, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 6.
Target Award. A percentage of his or her base salary at the beginning of a Performance Period. The percentage shall be identical to the Participant's Annual Bonus Target percentage
Target Award. In respect of a bonus payable in cash to Executive pursuant to any Bonus Plan means the amount specified in or determinable from the Company's records pertaining to such Bonus Plan as the "target award" which would be payable to Executive as such bonus if specified conditions for a 100% award were fulfilled but not exceeded, without regard to whether such conditions are actually fulfilled
Target Award. The target amount of an Eligible Executive's Award Opportunity for a Performance Period, as established by the Committee pursuant to Section 5, and which may be expressed as a dollar amount or a percentage of the Eligible Executive's base salary
Target Award. An amount of cash compensation to be paid to a Plan participant based on achievement of a particular Performance Target level established by the Committee, expressed as a percentage of the participant's base salary at the beginning of the Year, determined in accordance with guidelines established by the Committee.
Target Award. An amount calculated by multiplying the Participant's Salary earned during the Plan Year by the percentage of the Participant's Salary indicated as the target bonus payout in Section 6 of this Transition Plan; provided that transfer of employment to a different position within the Company may result in adjustment of the percentage of the Participant's Salary used to determine the Target Award, in the discretion of the Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer.
Target Award. A dollar amount or a percentage of Base Salary, as determined by the Compensation Committee with respect to each Participant for each Performance Period, which represents the payment that the Participant will earn if the target level of the Participant's Performance Factors is achieved.
Target Award. That number of Performance Units awarded to Executive as set forth in Section 2, representing _______ Percent (_____%) of Executive's base salary in effect on the last day of the Company's fiscal year immediately preceding the Performance Period divided by One Dollar ($1.00).
