Target Award

Target Award. Means a Participant's target award, expressed in dollars, for the Performance Period, as set forth in the Participant's Award Notice

Target Award. Means the number of Performance Awards indicated on the cover page hereof as being the original Target Award, plus any Performance Awards converted from dividend equivalents on the Target Award prior to the Confirmation Date or, if earlier, a Change of Control pursuant to Section 4 below.

Target Award. Shall mean the sum of the Revenue Target Award and the Operating Income Target Award, as reflected in the Notice of Grant.

Target Award. A Designated Participant's Target Award Percentage multiplied by the Designated Participant's Base Salary earned during the Plan Year. This amount represents the anticipated payout to the Designated Participant if all applicable Performance Goals are met at targeted levels.

Target Award. Means the amount specified by the Committee payable to a participant for the Performance Period and payable for achievement at 100%.

Target Award. A Participant's target award, expressed in numbers of Restricted Stock Units, for the Performance Period, as set forth in the Participant's Award Notice

Target Award. A Cash Incentive Award of a specific dollar amount or portion of an Incentive Pool, determined by the Committee, pursuant to Performance Measures as described in Section 9 of the Plan

Target Award. Shall mean the initial stated dollar amount of a Participant's Award granted under the Plan.

Target Award. Means the target number of Shares that would be credited to a Designated Participant under the Program in respect of the Performance Period if the Performance Goals are achieved at a target level specified by the Committee and the Other Performance Goals are achieved. The Maximum Award is calculated by reference to the Target Award.

Target Award. The amount eligible to be paid under an Award if the target Performance Goal(s) is achieved in the Performance Year
