Technology. Inventions, trade secrets, know-how, designs, information, data, processes, methods, techniques, drawings, component board models, layouts, schematics, diagrams, functional blocks, Circuits, Devices, cells, design tools, software, design rules, simulation models, net lists, software, test protocols, test structures, characterization and test results, methods and patterns, specifications and other technical information, whether or not patentable or otherwise protectable.

Technology. Means and includes all materials, technology, technical data and information, inventions, methods, know-how, expertise and trade secrets within the Area.

Prototypes, models, concepts, inventions, circuit designs, drawings, hardware, technological developments and improvements, methods, techniques, systems, documentation, data, works of authorship, products, and related information whether or not patentable, copyrightable, and whether or not presently used or used in the future.
