Technology. Inventions, trade secrets, know-how, designs, information, data, processes, methods, techniques, drawings, component board models, layouts, schematics, diagrams, functional blocks, Circuits, Devices, cells, design tools, software, design rules, simulation models, net lists, software, test protocols, test structures, characterization and test results, methods and patterns, specifications and other technical information, whether or not patentable or otherwise protectable.
