Example Definitions of "Technology"
Technology. Means all technology related to the Products including but not limited to: (i) Know-how; (ii) manufacturing processes and drawings; and (iii) software in both source code and object code. Technology shall also include: (i) all Intellectual Property Rights related to the Technology; and (ii) all upgrades, modifications, enhancements and improvements to the Technology made by or for DPAC after the execution of this Agreement.
