Term

Term. Terms used in this Amendment shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement

Term. Means the period of time between the Start Date and the earlier of the Expiration Date or Termination Date.

Term. Subject to the satisfaction of the condition set forth in Paragraph 11 below, the parties hereto agree that the Expiration Date of the Term of the Lease is hereby extended to December 31, 2007.

Term. The term of this Agreement, namely the period from the Effective Date through May 15, 2018, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2 or 8.3 or extended in accordance with Section 8.4

Term. That period of time commencing on the date set forth in the heading of this Agreement and ending sixty (60) months thereafter

Term. The 'Term' will be a period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the Date of Termination.

(i) with respect to individuals who are Directors at the beginning of the 2007 Plan Year, the period of service commencing on the first day of the 2007 Plan Year and ending on the date upon which the Director ceases to be a member of the Board, including by reason of: (a) the Director fails to be reelected to the Board by the shareholders of the Company, (b) the Director's voluntary resignation from the Board upon retirement or otherwise by notice duly given and accepted by the Board, or (c)... the Director's death or disability; and (ii) with respect to individuals who become Directors after the first day of the 2007 Plan Year, the period of service commencing on the effective date upon which the Director is elected to the Board as a Director and ending on the date upon which the Director ceases to be a member of the Board, including by reason of: (a) the Director fails to be reelected to the Board by the shareholders of the Company, (b) the Director's voluntary resignation from the Board upon retirement or otherwise by notice duly given and accepted by the Board, or (c) the Director's death or disability; provided in either case, the Term will not end earlier than the date on which the Director incurs a "separation from service" as that phrase is defined for purposes of Section 409A of the Code. Term. Shall mean the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the first to occur of (i) the one year anniversary of the Distribution Date and (ii) the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 11.2.

Term. Shall mean the term of the Lease of the Aircraft hereunder specified in Section 3 hereof.

Term. Any initially capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement.
