Term

Term. All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to it in the Agreement.

Term. Shall mean the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date that this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 10.

Term. Shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on September 30, 2004.

Term. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the last business day of the Company's fiscal year ending in 2009, provided that such period will be automatically extended for successive one-year periods ending on the last business day of each subsequent fiscal year, unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least six (6) months prior to the last business day of the Company's fiscal year 2009, or the last business day of each subsequent fiscal year,... as the case may be, that such party elects not to extend the Term under this Agreement. Term. Unless provided otherwise in this Amendment, each term appearing in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as given in the Agreement.

Term. All words and terms used in this SIXTEENTH Amendment that are defined in the Composite Lease Agreement, the Special Facility Ground Lease Agreement and the Special Facility Lease Agreement shall have the respective meanings given to them in each agreement for all purposes of this SIXTEENTH Amendment

Term. Initially capitalized terms used herein which are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Agreement.
