Term. 9. Term and Termination

Term. The period commencing on September 15, 2018 and continuing for the period during which this Agreement is in effect.

Term. Terms that are capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan.

Term. Each term used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Purchase Agreement.

Term. Sixty (60) months, (as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 3), commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring at midnight on the Expiration Date, except where Tenant has extended the Lease according to the terms set forth in Section 3 below. Term. The period from the Commencement Date to the eighth (8th) anniversary of the Effective Date

Term. The period beginning on the Effective Date and continuing until the expiration or termination of this Settlement Agreement pursuant to Section 6.

Term. Shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and terminating three (3) years thereafter, or if extended in accordance with its terms, terminating on the date specified in the extension.

Term. The period from the Effective Date until termination or expiration of this Agreement in accordance with Section 25.

Term. All terms not otherwise defined herein and defined in the CSFA shall have the same meaning herein as in the CSFA.
