Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Means the period from the Effective Date until March 31, 2012.
Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall be for a period of two years commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the two year anniversary thereof, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Agreement.
Term. Shall have the meaning specified in Section 8 and shall include any extensions or renewals of the initial term.
