Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earliest of (x) the date on which the number of Shares sold pursuant to the Distribution Agreement and any Terms Agreements is equal to the Maximum Program Amount and (y) any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.
Term. The period of time from the Grant Date through the Termination Date.
Term. Shall have the meaning given to that term in clause 3, as may be extended for time to time
