Term

Term. Each term used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Credit Agreement. Unless specifically noted, for purposes of this Amendment, the term "Lender" shall be deemed to include each Swing Line Lender and each Fronting Lender.

Term. Means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the day that the last of the Program Limited Partnerships is dissolved.

Term. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings as in the Transaction Documents unless otherwise defined herein.

Term. Terms defined in the Credit Agreement are used herein as defined therein

Term. Each term used in this Addendum and not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Blanket Agreement.

Term. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date, provided that if an Event occurs prior to the expiration of the Term specified in the preceding clause, then the Term shall end upon expiration of the Transition Period

Term. Defined in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State differently than in another Article of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State, the term has the meaning specified in Article 9.

Term. Except where the context clearly implies or indicates the contrary, any term used in this Agreement but not defined herein shall have the meaning given such term in the Plan.

Term. The period beginning on the Effective Date and continuing for a period of 3 years, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 15. If not terminated earlier, the Term will be extended for additional one-year periods, unless one Party notifies the other Party in writing of its intention not to extend the Term at least 120 days prior to the end of the then current Term. The initial term together with any extensions thereof are referred to in the aggregate as "Term"

Term. Shall mean the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the date which is three (3) years hereafter.
