Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Each term used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Credit Agreement. Unless specifically noted, for purposes of this Amendment, the term "Lender" shall be deemed to include each Swing Line Lender and each Fronting Lender.
Term. Means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the day that the last of the Program Limited Partnerships is dissolved.
Term. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings as in the Transaction Documents unless otherwise defined herein.

Term. The period beginning on the Effective Date and continuing for a period of 3 years, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 15. If not terminated earlier, the Term will be extended for additional one-year periods, unless one Party notifies the other Party in writing of its intention not to extend the Term at least 120 days prior to the end of the then current Term. The initial term together with any extensions thereof are referred to in the aggregate as "Term"
