Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Any term that is capitalized but not defined in this Sublease that is capitalized and defined in the Prime Lease shall have the same meaning for purposes of this Sublease as it has for purposes of the Prime Lease.
Term. Any term capitalized herein, but not defined, shall have the meaning set forth in the Lear Corporation 2009 Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan").
Term. Each term used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Security Agreement.
Term. The period commencing upon signature of this agreement and expiring five years (5) from date of signature, whereupon this Agreement shall automatically terminate without further notice by either party to the other unless this Agreement has been extended pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 hereto.
