Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. The two (2) year period commencing on the date of this Agreement and terminating on the day immediately preceding the second (2nd) anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
Term. Terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
