Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. The period during which this Agreement shall be in effect, as further defined in Article 2. At the end of the Term, this Agreement shall expire.
Term. The period that begins on the Effective Date, and ends upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 10 below
Term. The duration of this Agreement commencing on the Commencement Date and continuing until the date specified on the Development Schedule for the last Restaurant to be opened.
