Term

Term. Each capitalized term used and not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement.

Term. With respect to each Director, the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the later to occur of (i) two years after the Effective Date or, if applicable, (ii) one year following the termination of any service by such Director as a post-Merger member of the Advisory Board

Term. Defined in the Credit Agreement and used herein without definition shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement (as amended hereby), unless expressly provided to the contrary

Term. Each term used herein that is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Term. All terms used in this Agreement which are defined in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (the "Code") currently in effect in the State of Delaware and which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings herein as set forth therein.

Term. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(a) hereof.

Term. The entire period from the Effective Date to the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 3.

Term. Means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Term. Shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms.

Term. The earlier of (a) the expiration of all Valid Patent Claims in a country, or (b) ten (10) years from the date of the first commercial sale in a country.
