Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Of this Agreement shall mean that period that commences on the date of this Agreement and, subject to any earlier termination as provided in this Agreement.
Term. Means the period beginning on the Execution Date and ending on the 60th day thereafter.
Term. The term of this Agreement commencing on the Commencement Date as specified in Item 4 of the Schedule and expiring on the Expiry Date specified in Item 5 of the Schedule.
Term. The effective period of this Agreement, as defined in Section 4.1. All other initially capitalized terms will have the meanings given to them in this Agreement or an Initiative Addendum
