Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Shall mean a term of ten (10) years commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.
Term. The period from the Effective Date of this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 10.
Term. Terms that are used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
