Term

Term. The entire period from the Effective Date to the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 3.

Term. Shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms.

Term. This Agreement shall terminate with respect to each Holder on the earlier of: (i) the date that is five (5) years from the SEC Effective Date, and (ii) the date on which no Registrable Securities are outstanding (the "Term"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Section 3(b), Section 6, Section 8, Section 9, and Section 10 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Term. Shall mean the initial term of this Lease and any extension and renewal thereof.

Term. The thirty-six (36) month term, commencing as of the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date, unless sooner terminated by Landlord as provided hereunder.

Term. Shall mean the Term as defined in Paragraph 5, including any exercised Renewal Term.

Term. Means the period commencing on the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is terminated sooner as provided in SECTION 11, ending on the date when no payment obligations under this Agreement are or will become due.

Term. Means the term of this Agreement, which shall be the period consisting of the Initial Term (defined in Section 7.1), and each Renewal Term (defined in Section 7.1).

Term. The period commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring at 3:00 p.m. on the Expiration Date (the "Term").

Term. Means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the third anniversary thereof (or any extended date agreed on by the written mutual agreement of the parties hereto) or the date on which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 7.
