Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. Means, the earlier of eighteen months from the date funds are advanced under this Note to the Company or (ii) September 23, 2008.
Term. Shall have the meaning set forth in Article 4 ["Term"]. The office of the Partnership shall be c/o TWTF Restaurant Group, 401 East 63rd Street, New York, N. Y. 10022, or such other place as the General Partners may determine.
