Termination Date

Termination Date. The Termination Date as defined in Paragraph 18.

Termination Date. Termination Date. June 30, 2007, as such date may be extended under the terms hereof. After such date, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms; provided, however that at any time after June 30, 2007, either party may terminate this Agreement upon one hundred and eighty (180) days written notice.

Termination Date. The term "Termination Date" shall mean the date upon which the Participant's Employment terminates for any reason.
