Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Termination Date. The effective date of the termination of an Eligible Executive's employment with the Company or any other member of the Company Group, as applicable, such that the Eligible Executive is no longer employed by any member of the Company Group. Termination Date. June 24, 2005. If such day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day shall be the Termination Date.
