Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall mean the last day of Executive's employment with the Company.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which an event that would constitute Involuntary Termination occurs, or the later of (i) the date on which a notice of termination is given, or (ii) the date (which shall not be more than thirty (30) days after the giving of such notice) specified in such notice.

Termination Date. The last day of the Officer's employment. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms "termination of employment," "terminates employment" and "Termination Date" mean a "separation from service" as such term is defined in Section 409A of the Code.
