Termination Date

Termination Date. The date of the termination of Employee's employment or service with the Company and any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable.

Termination Date. Means the effective date of an Executive's "separation from service" (as defined in Section 409A and Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder).

Termination Date. Means the date of Executive's Termination of Employment, regardless of the date, cause, or manner of that termination.

Termination Date. The earlier of (i) one year from the date hereof, or (ii) the date on which Purchaser or Seller elects to terminate this ARPA pursuant to the terms herein.

Termination Date. The earlier of (i) the date that is one year after the Effective Date, or (ii) the Tranche Closing Date on which the sum of the aggregate Tranche Purchase Price for all Tranche Shares equals the Maximum Placement
