Example Definitions of "Termination Date"
Termination Date. The date of the termination of Employee's employment or service with the Company and any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable.
Termination Date. Means the effective date of an Executive's "separation from service" (as defined in Section 409A and Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder).
