Termination Date

Termination Date. Means the earlier of (i) September 3, 2030 and (ii) the date that is 90 days after the date the Exercise Conditions have been met, provided that, in each case, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on a date on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the Termination Date shall be the next day that is not a Holiday.

Termination Date. Means the first date on which the Initial Principal Amount and all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts owing under this Note as of such date has been paid in full in cash, whether on the Maturity Date, upon acceleration, by prepayment, or otherwise.

Termination Date. The earliest of: (a) December 31, 2007 or a later date, if any, to which such date is extended by mutual agreement of the parties, (b) the date of Knapp's death, and (c) the date on which Knapp's employment is terminated under Section 6(b) or Section 6(c).

Shall mean the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which service to all local exchange customers of the CoreComm Midwest CLECs has been either transitioned to a Buyer or disconnected pursuant to a proper LSR or ASR; or (ii) ninety (90) days after the Outside Date; or (iii) December 31, 2005; or such later date as is agreed to in writing by the Parties.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which all of the Obligations have been fully paid and satisfied;
