Termination Date

Termination Date. The date on which either party delivers to the other a notice of termination of the Employee's employment with the Company.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of the date (i) the Merger shall become effective in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Merger Agreement, (ii) the Merger Agreement terminates in accordance with its terms, (iii) upon which the NRT Board publicly withdraws its recommendation of the Merger, or (iv) upon which the NRT Board publicly recommends or approves any NRT Acquisition Proposal other than that contemplated in the Merger Agreement.

Termination Date. Shall be the effective date of the Executive's termination of employment during the Protected Period; provided, however, that the date of notice as provided in Article 4 shall be the Termination Date if the notice is given within the 8 Protected Period but the actual date of termination pursuant to such notice occurs after the Protected Period.

Termination Date. Means that date that is thirty (30) days after completion of Parent's 2002 calendar year audit.

Termination Date. Shall mean the last day of the Executive's employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the last day of any Term of Employment that is not renewed for any reason.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of the date of consummation of any (i) Qualified Public Offering; (ii) Qualified Sale Transaction; (iii) redemption in fall of all Series A Preferred Stock; or (iv) Liquidation.

Termination Date. Shall be determined as follows: (i) if Executive's employment is terminated for Disability, sixty days after a Notice of Termination is given (provided that Executive shall not have returned to the full-time performance of his duties during such sixty-day period); (ii) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company without Cause, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, which date shall be no earlier than 30 days after the date such notice is delivered to Executive, as the case... may be (or if no date is specified in the Notice of Termination, sixty days after the Notice of Termination is received by the Company or delivered to Executive, as the case may be); (iii) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, the date specified in the Notice of Termination; (iv) in the event of Executive's resignation of employment, the Termination Date shall be the date set forth in the Notice of Termination, which date shall be no earlier than thirty days after the date such notice is received by the Company; or (v) the Termination Date in the event of Executive's death shall be the date of Executive's death. Termination Date. Shall mean in the case of the Participant's death, his date of death, or in all other cases, the date specified in any notice of termination. 3 4

Termination Date. July 1, 2011, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convention (or, if later, the date the Principal Notional Amount of each instrument listed in Appendix 1 to the Schedule to the Master Agreement is reduced to zero in accordance with the terms thereof).

Termination Date. Means the date set forth in the first paragraph hereof, provided that the Termination Date shall be extended by one day for each day over sixty (60) in the aggregate (counting all such instances, regardless of the length of each such instance) that the Registration Requirement (as defined in the Main Agreement) is not satisfied.
